Boston Hotel fire

An insurance company is claiming the fire at the Boston Hotel, thought to be accidentall, was actually caused by an arsonist. Town officials and residents are reportedly very surprised by this revelation. The owner, William Dellamore, is adamant that arson was not the motive...

The afternoon of the fire Jan. 28, 2009, Dellamore said, he was in the restaurant, with two cooks in the kitchen and eight to 10 people in the bar.

“Nobody burned it down,” he said. “It’s impossible, that’s my opinion.”

He said a grease fire started in the vent above the stove in the kitchen. Fire damaged the kitchen area and second-story roof.

Sounds like there is more to this story. Either the truth will come out, or it will be the topic of town folklore for quite some time...
