Man charged with unlawful deposit of human excrement in Hanover
A man reportedly caught with his pants down faces charges in the Town of Hanover.
Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies report that Jason C. Guenther, 18, of West Seneca, was arrested after he was discovered Saturday night intoxicated and defecating in the parking lot of a business on Allegany Road near Routes 5 and 20.
Guenther was charged with unlawful deposit of human excrement, a Hanover town law.
The suspect was very upset about his name being in the paper and reportedly has filed a Defecation of Character lawsuit against Chautauqua County. (My apologies to the late Clip Smith.)
