A 200 lb. police officer in Philadelphia is seen sucker punching a 100 lb. woman after she allegedly threw silly string in his direction at a Puerto Rican Day Parade. Fortunately for her, and unfortunately for the false tough guy, the whole thing was captured on cell phone video. It will be interesting to see what Philadelphia's version of Tom Burton has to say to try and justify this assault. And they can say whatever they want to say about what led up to the incident.The camera does not lie. This is a clear case of excessive force and cop should be embarrassed for himself...
