The program does not accept convicted sex offenders or arsonists, said Jeffrey Conrad, the group’s Erie County director. Convicted murderers and other violent criminals are accepted on a “case-by-case” basis, Conrad told the Common Council’s Finance Committee on Tuesday.
So convicted murderers and violent felons will be accepted on a "case by case" basis? Your neighbors are in trouble if Jeff Conrad has anything to do with the selection process. Conrad is a graduate of the Brian Higgins School for Unqualified Ass-Kissers. He began prostituting himself to Higgins around the age of 14 and hasn't stopped since.
Although he was appointed Councilmember by the Brian Higgins' controlled Democratic Committee, voters quickly saw through the charade. Despite having every endorsement known to man, Conrad snatched defeat from the jaws of victory against an underfunded and unknown opponent in Mickey Kearns. This doesn't stop Conrad, who will never be confused with a Rhode scholar, from writing letters of self-promotion to the Buffalo News every three weeks, identifying himself as "former Common Councilmember." Dude, you were a Councilmember for about five months until the word got out around town that your bike required training wheels.
