Man robbed of crutches, battery to his scooter

The victim said he was at a parking lot at 202 S. Division Street at about 6:30 p. m. when someone took his crutches as well as the battery to his motorized scooter. The crutches were worth $45 and the battery costs $1,300.
Hopefully, the victim's family will catch the thief before police and give him a reason to need crutches.
