People, Inc worker goes on a field trip

A man broke out of a group home yesterday and went down to the East side to buy drugs (with a severely disabled client in the van.) The van was stolen by three delinquents and the two men were eventually located. Police have identified the suspect (pictured here) as 38 year old R.P. McMurphy. They are still looking for a seven foot tall indian named "Chief."
