Pay up, sucker!

A Buffalo man got stiffed in Niagara Falls after winning $600 in a poker game...

NIAGARA FALLS—A gambler who lost $600 in a poker game at Seneca Niagara Casino left without paying the winner at 7:30 a. m. Wednesday, city police said.

The poker shift manager confirmed that a man known only as “Troy” refused to pay the Buffalo man who won, telling him, “The hand was dead.”

The suspect was told by the manager that he must pay or be banned from returning to the casino. But he left with his $600 worth of poker chips.

The winner told police he wants to pursue charges and security video was handed over to police.

Police have released this surveillance photo of the suspect...
