Here's one daycare center you don't want to send your kids to. In this disturbing video, a 9 year old is seen punching and kicking innocent toddlers. But don't worry, in the same clip, his aunt says he's a "normal kid." No word yet on the whereabouts of his parents.
Then, one of the toddler's fathers shows up and punches the wrong kid. He hit a six year old and was arrested. The deep South is still living in the 1800's...
