This whole Common Council appointment is getting stranger by the day. Today, Community Grandstander Sam Radford announced plans for a news conference/protest in front of Buffalo City Hall. He called the delay in the appointment a direct violation of his civil rights and compared it to a modern day lynching of the South Buffalo Irish. Strangely, he said the delay was caused by BTF President Phil Rumore's reluctance to sign the teacher evaluation agreement.
