Desert elephants


 
You never know what you're going to find on here. I was watching 30 Years of National Geographic and came across this clip. A husband and wife team enjoyed filming the sparse wildlife of the African desert in Namibia. They came across a rare herd of desert elephants. Their legs are longer than regular elephants and they can go up to three days without water.  They walk in the sand up to 50 miles a day.
