There actually was a parent at the Buffalo School Board meeting tonight making sense. Roy Adams was placing the blame where it belongs, on the students and their parents. I'm sure his opinion won't be popular with parent's advocate Sam Radford, as it doesn't involve blaming teachers, administrators, or asking for government handouts. No, Adams is talking about the atrocious classroom behavior of many of the students at the lower performing schools in Buffalo...

A realist, someone who sees the big picture. Anyone with the a brain can see the students are the problem and the teachers are there to babysit.
