Hey! Hey! Hey! It's a discrimination lawsuit

Our 1st Annual Mel Gibson Racial Sensitivity Award goes to the AIG boss who had a discrimination lawsuit filed against him this week by one of his lawyers. How do you move up the company ladder while completely lacking any sort of common sense?

In one instance, the suit says, Hornbostel asked Brown into his office, only to yell: "Hey! Hey! Hey! It's Fat Albert! Do you remember that cartoon!" Brown was the only African American in a group of 50 lawyers, according to the complaint. Hornbostel told his executive assistant, in front of Brown, to "take Earl with you" next time she needed to get documents signed by someone in the office, the suit says. "I'm sure with this brother behind you, he can scare anyone into signing quickly," the suit says Hornbostel told the assistant.

Regardless of your take on the lawsuit, this has to be one of the greatest TV theme songs of all time. Nah Nah Nah! Gonna have a good time!...

  1. Yes that was a great theme song

and not only does this guy have a case for being racially discriminated against but he can make issue that he faced prejudice based on his weight.
