We're in the year 2030. The waterfront looks great with it's impressive beaches. The twin span at the Peace Bridge has been bringing commerce to and from Canada with ease for years now. The Bills just finished celebrating their third straight victory in the Super Bowl. Some are attributing the newfound success of the region to 10 term Congressman Brian Higgin's lucky Elmer Fudd style hat. In fact, the Smithsonian decides to place the hat on display between Tim Russert's chair from Meet the Press and Michael Jackson's white sequined glove.
