After 19 years of literally doing nothing in Albany, unless you count sexually harassing college interns, Sam Hoyt has been handed a no show job in Andrew Cuomo's administration. The "fortunate son" will be in charge of all things, economic development. This imbecile couldn't run a lemonade stand.
Seriously, he inherited the Assembly job from his father and has had 19 years to spearhead economic development. Do you know how many jobs New York state has lost during his tenure?
