Local political Yes-Man Jeffrey Conrad attempts to add 5 points to his IQ by wearing the Brian Higgins "Clark Kent" style glasses. (Fail.)
Conrad is involved with some do-nothing, anti-crime group that basically meets and gives each other high fives once a month. Perhaps Jeffrey can explain to his fellow Democrats Brian Higgins and Mark Schroeder why he was calling then Councilman Kearns' office last Spring on a daily basis with information on Kearns' opponent (and Higgins' protege) Chris "11,000 Doors" Fahey. Ooops. Did I just say that out loud?
