Book Signing this Friday

If you want to encounter more white trash than at Tops on the first of the month, I suggest you check out the book signing taking place this Friday at the Dog Ear's Bookstore. A Who's Who of public sector leaches will be gathering (and no doubt telling each other how important their lives are) in honor of Jack O'Donnell's new book, Bitten by a Minnow. His first book, How I Nearly Blew Tim Kennedy's 2012 Election, is still available in paperback. A real page turner, this book chronicled how O'Donnell and Kennedy outspent their opponent nearly 400 to 1 and still managed to win by a sparse margin of 159 votes.

The first 50 people in attendance at the book signing this week will receive a free bottle of Five Hour Energy, in an effort to keep them awake throughout this pseudo-intellectual Borefest. I observed the guest list for this pompous gala (some 194 names) and could count the number of private sector employees on one hand. The young O'Donnell will be joined by City Comptroller Mark Schroeder and the soon-to-be-departing State Senator, Kennedy. After the event, Timmy will sit on Jack's lap, as 3rd grade students from the Discovery School read  Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat to them. 

After looking at the guest list, I can tell you this: The real families of this community, whom I encounter every week. The ones who work real jobs and struggle to make ends meet, will not be anywhere near this incredible waste of time. They could care less about career politicians Kennedy and O'Donnell, or anything these two have been bitten by.

Erie County voters are not this stupid

When I read Bob McCarthy's political column today, I couldn't believe my eyes...

Have you heard the one about State Sen. Tim Kennedy running for county comptroller this year? Not true.

But a tad of logic made this rumor almost logical. Kennedy barely survived a primary challenge from County Legislature Chairwoman Betty Jean Grant last fall, spending about $400,000 to win by a handful of votes. Grant almost knocked him off with $20,000.

Most people in WNY are onto Kennedy's pathetic act. They've been informed by myself and others about his limited intelligence and selfish nature. He'll never get elected to anything again once he is removed from Albany in the next election. He's damaged goods. Everyone knows this. He's made so many enemies throughout the district. The News writes it off to "demographics." What they really mean is there are many more black people in his district than in years past. However, what McCarthy and others might not know is that Kennedy is despised by many white South Buffalo voters, also. The only supporters he has left are a select group of very dumb people from the neighborhood clique. The people who owe their jobs to Brian Higgins. The people who do whatever they are told to by Brian Higgins. The people with limited intelligence/self respect. There's one on every street.

I'm hoping local developer Carl Paladino uses his financial muscle to help send Kennedy packing in 2014. Paladino recently called Kennedy and Mark Grisanti "cowards" for their gun control vote last week. More upsetting than the actual vote, many residents were unhappy with the way it was pushed through hastily without any debate or public input.

Kennedy will do whatever he is told by Brian Higgins and Andrew Cuomo. He doesn't stand for anything. His constituents are well aware of this and will be much more organized in getting rid of him this time. Prediction: Kennedy will be given a much deserved demotion-cleaning the floors at the local Walmart.

When Tim Kennedy and Bill Stachowski meet for a debate it's going to be quite the meeting of the minds. How anyone could vote for either one of them (unless they are related to or stand to gain financially from one of them) is beyond me. Neither one has ever been confused with a rocket scientist. Kennedy gets rude reception at group home event

Tim Kennedy has had a rough start in his bid for State Senate. First, respected Assemblyman Mark Schroeder announced that he would not be supporting Kennedy, going so far as to label his campaign "disrespectful". Kennedy's campaign lost immediate credibility when it was discovered that G. Steven Pigeon was now pulling his strings. The local derelict Pigeon recently ran the unsuccessful campaigns of Paul Clark and "Baby Slow" Mesi.

Now, as you will see in this video, Kennedy gets an earfull from the residents of a South Buffalo People Inc. group home. Perhaps the people in the crowd were still upset at "little Timmy" for his recent support of mayor Byron Brown over one of his own neighbors. That's all you really need to know about Kennedy. He put his own political ambitions ahead of the neighborhood. In the September primary, he'll have to answer back to the neighborhood...

Caught on tape: County Legislature holds illegal meeting

The Erie County Legislature violated the Open Meetings Law and met today on Clinton Street in West Seneca to talk about downsizing. What they didn't count on was my camera being there. Absent was South Buffalo's representative Tim Kennedy. You remember him. He's the guy that supported Byron Brown for mayor over your neighbor Mickey Kearns. Now he's hoping you forget that and vote for him for State Senator. My sources tell me Kennedy could not make the illegal meeting today because he was cleaning Brian Higgin's house dressed in a French maid's outfit.

Miller-Williams: 'Gaming the System' while you and I struggle to pay our bills

How could anyone read this article in today's paper and not get angry? I've been calling for the County Legislature to be eliminated for several years now. It is a completely useless body which does absolutely nothing that the old VOLUNTEER Board of Managers didn't do. Some points from the article that should make people stand up and demand their government back (but probably won't)...

Barbara Miller-Williams is a Buffalo Police officer as well as the Majority Leader of the County Legislature. Last year, she racked up $51,000.00 in police overtime. This is not a misprint. It's hard to be sympathetic towards Buffalo police officers when most live in the suburbs, allow this blatant rip off of the taxpayers to go on, and then pull you over and harass you about your inspection sticker(because they are angry about their contracts.) Seriously, look around at the residents that pay your salaries and be very thankful for what you have.

"She's gaming the system, which is done by police officers all over the state, and it's costing the taxpayers a lot of money," said Lise Bang-Jensen, senior policy analyst with the Empire Center for New York State Policy, a research and advocacy organization based in Albany.
"This is why the public is upset by the high cost of government," she said.

Miller-Williams admits to working 15-20 hours a week as a County Legislator. Sadly, she and the rest of her colleagues in this do-nothing group probably work less than that. For this part time, unnecessary position, each makes $43,000.00/year. This is not a misprint, either.

Brian Higgins handpicked the borderline disabled Tim Kennedy as our representative, not long after he handpicked the intellectually challenged Jeff Conrad to become city Councilman . Kennedy supported Byron Brown over South Buffalo native Mickey Kearns because uncle Brian told him to do so. Kennedy also was part of a coalition of Republicans that pushed for Barbara Miller-Williams to be the Majority Leader. So when Kennedy asks you for your vote this summer for State Assemblyman, please ask him why he supported Barbara Miller-Williams for the Majority Leader position. He did so because he cares more about Bri-Bri than he does about you and I.

Lynn Marinelli claims to work 40-60 hours a week as a County Legislature. Marinelli is a liar. She is a snake oil saleswomen who hasn't worked 40-60 hours/week in her entire life. Lynn, you're not fooling anybody. Go back into your cave. Please wake up and stop reelecting the same crooks.

Tim Kennedy=Phony

Here's how hypocritical County Legislator Tim Kennedy is. Two years ago, many Buffalonians tried to tell people Bill Stachowski had been in office long enough. Kennedy and Brian Higgins were out in the streets telling you and your neighbors how Bill Stachowski's reelection was critical to our area receiving services from Albany. They even manned a campaign headquarters on Abbott Rd. and Dorrance for Stachowski as he was involved in a very close race with Dennis Delano. Their claims were an outright lie.

Kennedy is being led by Steve Pigeon, Western New York's number one parasite. Now, Kennedy is trying to sell you the exact opposite, labeling Stachowski as a"30 year incumbant". Don't fall for either of these two clowns. Kennedy calls Brian Higgins every morning to ask him what color socks he should wear that day. Both he and Stachowski are followers, not leaders. Neither deserves your vote. EVER.

County Legislature

The Erie County Legislature met tonight to discuss the downsizing issue. Civic leader Kevin Gaughan spoke about his plan to reduce the group to nine members. Legislator Tim Kennedy used the forum to profess his undying love for Congressman Brian Higgins until someone explained to him that the meeting was about downsizing. Talk about a group of idiots that do absolutely nothing. Erie County used to be led by an all volunteer Board of Managers until the politicians decided they needed more jobs. Listen to this woman Catherine Rieley Goddard speak out against downsizing. I just wonder which politician she works for.

The meeting was running smoothly until Kennedy began choking on a McRib sandwich and had to be escorted to the hospital. Listen to this interview on channel IV where he attempts to sound articulate with his ridiculously bad imitation of Brian Higgins. Notice carefully how he mispronounces the S in his use of the word embrace as if he's from Allentown.

I put together this short clip on Erie County Legislator Tim Kennedy who is being led by the nose and financially supported by Steve Pigeon. Recently, the two were seen eating pizza in the Main Place Mall Food Court (where the hell was my camera at the time?) I apologize for the rough transitions and the poor graphics in this clip. However, I'm sure regular readers of this blog have become used to them by now.

In all seriousness, I can tell you Tim Kennedy does not represent you or I. He represents Brian Higgins and a select group of union members. He recently supported Byron Brown over South Buffalo resident Mickey Kearns because he was told to do so. He has no mind of his own as you will soon see. Both Kearns and Mark Schroeder have chosen not to back Kennedy as his association with the notoriously corrupt Pigeon has people questioning his motives and integrity.

It all started when some of our local rift raft got together to praise themselves for using our money for the Cazenovia ice rink, Tosh Collins, and the Cazenovia Pool. They went out and got Chicago Blackhawk Patrick Kane and Buffalo Sabre Tim Kennedy to use as props to try and promote their own political careers. Brian Higgins and Tim Kennedy were both on hand (along with Mayor Steve Urkel). As everyone knows, those three are known for spending countless hours volunteering in the community. Little did they know, one of our correspondents was lurking in the bushes to provide commentary for this important event. I apologize in advance for the results that followed:

Pigeon & Kennedy: Working Against Your Best Interests

This editorial was in today's Buffalo News. It is from somebody very experienced in Buffalo backroom politics. It talks about how Tim Kennedy is working behind the scenes with Steve Pigeon. Just remember, if Steve Pigeon is involved, you know it is not in the best interest of local residents. If he's involved, it is to benefit Steve Pigeon and nobody else. The voters in South Buffalo are an open minded group. I believe they will see right through these two liars and be open to a protest candidate in this race.Just remember, they do not want ordinary citizens to be involved in the process. A vote for Kennedy is a vote for Pigeon and the status quo. Just remember, Brian Higgins and Tim Kennedy told you how great Bill Stachowski was just two years ago. This past year, they supported Byron Brown over one of your neighbors. Then, we all saw the South District get left out of Brown's spending plan and we have yet to hear a word about this from Higgins or Kennedy. Why anyone would support Kennedy is beyond me. Please don't be fooled by their lies.

Don't Let Kennedy Buy Stachowski's Seat

I read this article in Artvoice as I was preparing to line the bottom of my bird cage. Just kidding. I don't own a bird. The author, Jeremy Toth, gives his insight into the NY State Senate race shaping up in 2010. Senator Bill Stachowski is considered vulnerable. He barely escaped reelection last year with a slim victory over former Buffalo Police detective Dennis Delano. Toth, a self proclaimed political hack, describes the backroom deals going on in this race.

It looks like the antichrist Steve Pigeon is working with Brian Higgins to try and overthrow Stachowski. Pigeon, Tom Golisano's human ATM, wants to control the Senate. Higgins wants to control the Erie County Democratic Party. Both oppose the party's chairman Len Lenihan. Neither cares about you or I. This is evidenced by the fact they are considering running the disabled Tim Kennedy against Stachowski. You can bet Tom Golisano will write a blank check for Brian Higgin's intellectually challenged little hand puppet. Here's how Toth puts it in his article:

Democratic Legislator Tim Kennedy is at the heart of this particular conspiracy. He plans to run against State Senator Bill Stachowski, a fellow Democrat, who most people believe is weak and can be beaten in a primary. Kennedy will take his shot at the seat next year, whether or not Stachowski retires. But he needs money. In walks Pigeon with promises of Golisano money, and Kennedy is wrapped up like a Christmas present. Moreover, Kennedy’s political team, led by Congressman Brian Higgins, is looking to take out Len Lenihan as chairman of the Erie County Democratic Party, a goal Pigeon shares. What better way to weaken Lenihan than control the chair of the Democratic Legislature? It is a confluence of interests that puts Higgins and Kennedy on the same side as Pigeon.

I can tell you this. I don't care who runs. Tim Kennedy and Bill Stachowski are both gutless. Neither one respects volunteers in their district. I'm a reluctant protest candidate. I like working with kids and making fun of these idiots through satire. When I ran for Councilman in 2001, I didn't even know how to send an email and we got over 33% of the vote in a three person race against an entrenched incumbant. Now, I have well over 1,000 email contacts. My masters degree in Education and community involvement (19 years of coaching thousands) surpasses both of these fools. I can tie Stachowski to Albany corruption and 28 years of incompetence. Kennedy is a known Higgins stooge without a mind of his own. Higgins and Kennedy recently supported Byron Brown over one of their own neighbors. I believe the people of South Buffalo will not soon forget this. If not, it will be my job to remind them. Just remember. They do not want normal citizens to be part of the political process.

According to an article in today's Buffalo News, Erie County Legislator Tim Kennedy will announce a challenge to fellow career politician Bill Stachowski. Pictured on the left is Kennedy making his announcement in front of McDonalds, the only place where anyone in South Buffalo knows him.

The attached article is so outrageous, I don't even know where to begin. Kennedy says, "I sat down with Stachowski out of respect for his three decades of public service." He says this as if sitting on ones ass for three decades as a career politician is to be commended. Believe me, that's what Kennedy hopes to do with your help.

Kennedy along with Brian Higgins, it should be noted, recently backed Byron Brown over Mickey Kearns, who overwhelmingly carried South Buffalo in the mayor's race. The citizens of South Buffalo will remember this. Many are very upset at Higgins and Kennedy over recent reports that South Buffalo received zero dollars out of $18 million dollars earmarked by Brown for the rest of the city.

Kennedy is looking for support and tons of money from Tom Golisano and his parasitic sidekick Steve Pigeon. Fellow South Buffalo Democrat Mark Schroeder is quoted in the article as calling Kennedy's challenge "disrespectful". Schroeder at least has a positive track record. He has worked hard to reinvigorate Seneca St. Kennedy's done absolutely nothing as a County Legislator. He is never seen in his office. He calls Brian Higgins each morning to find out what tie he should wear to work. His greatest strength is that people don't know him. Anyone with 1/2 a brain wouldn't vote for him if they did. He's a bottom feeder and nothing but fluff. Higgins and company love him because they know he's a puppet (just like Stachowski was for the last 28 years.)

I hope this race turns into a free-for-all. I think what it might need is an independent blogger to run a protest campaign. Why not? I'm smarter than Kennedy, write a better blog, have a master's degree, know more people than him, can't do what I really want to do (work with kids) because I'm not from an entitled family, and have a track record getting programs done in the community (without government funding).

I'm sure all the entitled families will line up behind Brian Higgin's candidate. That's nothing but self preservation on their part. But I know South Buffalo voters, especially those in the private sector fighting the status-quo, will choose an independent candidate over a puppet. This is going to be an interesting Spring.

It looks like the county legislature is looking for a new leader. I have no comment on that process. What's the difference? The legislature is a complete waste of tax dollars. They serve no real function. I've written before about how "Little Timmy" Kennedy is merely Brian Higgins' poop boy. Anybody with half a brain can tell you that.

If you are reading this and you voted for one of these entrenched incumbants, I have to say you're clueless. They make $43,000/year to do nothing. Literally nothing. Here is an excerpt from the full article in today's Buffalo News. It mentions Legislator Barbara Miller-Williams and talks about how, in addition to being a county legislator, Williams also works as a full-time Buffalo police officer and a US Army reservist. If she does these two important things, how many hours per week do you think she is devoting to being an Erie County Legislator? Yes, the answer is not many. "Little Timmy" Kennedy probably doesn't even know how to get to his district office. These imbeciles should be making about $5,000/year. They do absolutely nothing and you and I pay their salaries:

Miller-Williams works as a Buffalo police officer and serves in the U. S. Army Reserve, but she is in the process of retiring from the police force and says the time required for the Reserve is small.

County Legislator Tim Kennedy, pictured here, hopes to become the second clown to make it into outer space.

Canadian circus clown Guy Laliberte paid $35 million dollars to join a Russian and an American astronaut on a 9 day mission to the International Space Station. Laliberte, 50 is an experienced fire eater and stilt walker from Quebec. He is hoping to use the mission to publicize the world's growing shortage of clean water.

County Legislator Tim Kennedy hopes to soon become the second clown to be launched into space. The nine days off from work won't be a big deal since it's no secret Kennedy doesn't do anything to justify the $43,000/year he makes for his part time, no-show job as an Erie County Legislator. Unless you count fawning over Brian Higgins like a schoolgirl, as work duty. He's never seen in his S. Park Avenue office and no constituents would even notice if he were gone for nine years, much less nine days. Kennedy is a graduate of the Bill Stachowski do-nothing- but-sit-on-your-ass school of government. He was recently quoted as saying, "I don't know if I can be away from Brian Higgins, err, I mean my wife, for nine long days."
