YORKSHIRE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 22-year-old man referred to as “Little Pimp” is facing serious charges. He was arrested on Tuesday around 3:55 a.m. at Olean General Hospital.
Ryan Allan Tarr, also known as Ryan Allan Dominessy, was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender in the Town of Yorkshire. He was also arrested on a bench warrant from Yorkshire, after allegedly failing to pay fines.
