Upset that they are placed in high traffic areas, a Minnesota woman calls a local radio station to complain about the location of the Deer Crossing signs in her town. She is under the impression that the signs are intended to let the deer know it's o.k. to cross at that specific location."I've even seen them on the Interstate.
