Boy pulls water pipe from wall at school

A 14-year-old boy pulled a water pipe from a wall at Buffalo Vocational Technical Center school on Northampton Street, causing more than $1,500 in flooding damage, Buffalo police said Thursday.

The incident occurred early Tuesday afternoon, according to reports filed by the Buffalo Public Schools to police. The juvenile, whose name was not released, was charged with criminal mischief, police said.

You hear a lot of stories like this taking place in Clarence and Orchard Park. When you are used to getting everything for free, I guess it is hard to understand the value of things. I wonder when someone's going to come in and restore order in these buildings...
