Those of you who moved out of state might miss scenes like this. It's only 11 seconds of video but I had to film it. It's a young man (looks like early 20s) trying to transport two chairs via his bike. One was one his head. This scene took place earlier today on Roanoke and Navajo (off of Seneca St.)Of course, our cameras were there to capture this important feat
