If you were wondering why President Obama chose Industrial Support, Inc. for his "White House to Main St. Tour", wonder no more. From today's Buffalo News:
Many local political observers believe that Rep. Brian Higgins, D-Buffalo, proved most influential in helping outline the president's itinerary and the visit to Industrial Support.
As a company that has grown from four employees to more than 60 in 14 years, Industrial Support is evidence of Obama's oft-stated contention that manufacturing can thrive in America. The company's founder, David P. Sullivan, has contributed $1,900 to Higgins in the last two years, according to Federal Election Commission records.
Hey Mike, he gave your bud Tim Kennedy $2000!
