Reading the article on New York State's redistricted State Senate districts, I was intrigued by the last paragraph involving Tim "Hortons" Kennedy's current seat...

Though the district of Sen. Timothy M. Kennedy, D-Buffalo, now includes new turf in Democratic enclaves like the East Side and Cheektowaga, sources in both areas said Friday they see no potential primary challengers at this point.

Not so fast. I'm open to anything that can rid us of this human infomercial for Brian Higgins. Little Timmy is incapable of original thought. He campaigned on a "change Albany" platform and has given us nothing but the same old status quo. Every time he attempts to speak in public, he loses votes. He sounds like he just swallowed a helium-filled balloon and it's always the party line or some ridiculous cheer-leading speech.





He's terrible. Give me six free months to educate his constituents about him, I wouldn't care how many votes I got.

Some people hate free for alls, but I love them.

I have no problem finishing in 3rd place if it means taking some votes away from this rocket scientist. The only way to prove you have any political juice in this area is to run for office. With the power of the internet, a well educated person doesn't need any money to get their ideas out. I would be open to meeting with any Democrat from the East side or Cheektowaga looking for a three person primary. This is a democracy the last time I checked, isn't it?

NY Senate's friends and family plan

Remember when the state leaders told you we were broke? Everything was on the table to be taxed, from your hunting licenses to license plates to soda. We all were going to have to tighten our belts. Well, apparently everything wasn't on the table. From WGRZ...

After spending 40 years in the minority, the Democrats took control of the state senate two years ago. Since then, the party has exceeded its staff spending budget by at least $7 million, 2 On Your Side has confirmed.

During that same two year period, Republicans spent $2 million less than budgeted.

"It's outrageous," Republican Senator George Maziarz (Newfane) said. "It happened because they just hired every family and friend they could find and put them on the payroll."

This might be the best part of the story. Channel 2 tried to get in touch with outgoing (thank God) Senators Antoine Thompson and Bill Stachowski to get to the bottom of the story. Antoine declined comment (big shocker) and Stachowski had his staff members lie to the reporter and tell him he wasn't in the office (even though his car was in plain site!)Hey, they have to do something to justify the $7 million dollars they steal , I mean, earn. Hiding in a closet is always the true sign of a leader. In fact, Winston Churchill was known to do so every once in awhile...

We attempted to contact the region's two Democratic State Senators, both of whom were defeated for re-election. A spokesman for Senator Antoine Thompson (Buffalo), who has the region's largest staff, declined to comment.

Senator William Stachowski (Lake View) did not return our phone call. When we visited his South Buffalo office, we found his car in the parking lot; however, his staff told us he was not in.

Good thing channel 2 thinks Kaisertown is part of South Buffalo. Anyway, this is why you cannot believe any of these knuckleheads when they tell you the state has no money. They always find the money to hire their relatives. $7 million dollars might be a drop in the bucket compared to the whole budget, but it is still $7 million. Keep your eyes on Tim "Hortons" Kennedy's staff. There's a reason Florida resident Jim Keane worked to get Kennedy elected. We'll be watching to see how many of his relatives end up on Horton's staff. The over/under is at 10...

If he fights the election's outcome, it could take years and cost millions of lives should it go to the courts...

Special interests supporting Special Olympians

So who is pulling the strings on the puppets running for New York state government? Who isn't? Find out which special interest groups our Special Olympians will be representing come November when some of these imbeciles take office. Yes, I call them imbeciles because that's exactly what most of them are.

Sam Hoyt might be the biggest blowhard in this group. He has prostituted himself to the Charter Schools' lobby and New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg:

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg hosted a Manhattan fundraiser in May that raised about $60,000 for Hoyt’s campaign.

“If you look at Mr. Hoyt’s money, I think the majority of it has come from the New York City and Albany areas,” said Golombek, a Buffalo Common Council member. “I think that shows who he’s represented in his tenure in Albany.”

“It’s no secret that Mayor Brown doesn’t like me. It’s no secret that Steve Pigeon doesn’t like me,” Assemblyman Sam Hoyt said. “Both of them have worked very, very hard to defeat me.”

It's also no secret that anyone in Western New York with half a brain doesn't like you either, Sam. It's time to stop living off of your father's name and achieve one thing, just one thing, on your own. Hoyt sounds like a complete moron in almost every TV interview he does. Entitled, spoiled son of an Assemblyman. Hoyt reminds me of the guy in the commercial who wins the lottery, buys a major league baseball team, and makes himself the starting shortstop. Never mind that he can't play.

Not to be outdone, his opponent is being backed by Deputy Mayor Byron Brown and the evil Steve Pigeon:

Hoyt’s Democratic primary opponent, Joseph Golombek Jr., has received contributions from several allies of Brown and Pigeon, but says Pigeon is not involved in his campaign.

Golembek sounds like a foul ball. Claiming to be a maverick, he's been up Brown's behind since day one. He lost all credibility when he made a ridiculous speech before the council on why we needed cameras at our red lights. They should have a camera follow this spaz around and see where he goes. Freak.The only good thing I can say about him is he lives on the same street as my good friend Billy O'Heir.

Then, we have the race for Senate in the 58th district. Tim "Hortins" Kennedy is clearly Brian Higgins' little political puppet.

“Both of my opponents have the Albany machine available to raise money for them,” Kennedy said of Stachowski and Assemblyman Jack Quinn III, the likely Republican nominee. “That’s the same Albany machine that people in Western New York are so frustrated with.”

Kennedy also received $2,000 from local strip club owner Richard Snowden, who recently lost his liquor license after police and federal agents raided his club as part of an investigation into prostitution and drug trafficking allegations against dancers and patrons at the Tally Ho.

Here's the same guy (Kennedy) that was going door to door two years ago, telling people in South Buffalo how they needed to keep Stachowski in Albany because of his great clout. You can't believe a word this guy says. Last summer, he supported Deputy Mayor Byron Brown over one of his South Buffalo neighbors. Kennedy is a phony and will do whatever Brian Higgins tells him to. He's like the scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz. If he only had a brain...



Jack Quinn's kid looks like he wasn't born so much as hatched. The old man was nothing but garbage. From the looks of Junior, I'm not so sure he's even Quinn's kid. He looks like he just escaped from a group home. He keeps talking about how he's going to reform Albany. He's been in Albany for the last several years. What has he done? Nothing. Shut the hell up and go get a job with the Hamburg Sanitation Department you spoiled little twit.

For Sale: New York state

Recently, I wrote that New York State is no longer a government but a criminal enterprise. People might dismiss that as blogger hyperbole, but please examine this article from today's Buffalo News as a case in point. New York's ruling Democrats in the state senate are actually advertising that they are currently accepting bribes. They don't say it in that language but we'll act as a translater.

ALBANY — State Senate Democrats are opening their special access campaign clubs beyond just labor groups and are promising meetings with Senate leaders in return for donations of as much as $50,000, the Democrats' chief fundraiser said Thursday.
Sen. Jeff Klein, D-Bronx, who runs the Senate Democratic Campaign Committee, told The Buffalo News that an array of interests with business at the Capitol are being asked to join "advisory councils" to help counsel the party's lawmakers about how to keep control of the Senate this fall.

Advisory council. I wonder how many of these crooks it took to come up with that name? For at least $50,000, the senators will prostitute themselves to protect their interests and the interests of these businesses that do business with the state. If the groups don't pay the money, the senators are taking their ball and going home. Since you and I don't pay them, our interests are not important.

Soon, he said, special advisory councils will be formed to collect campaign cash from environmental interests, lawyers and others, and they will get face-to-face time with Senate leaders in return for the pricey memberships.
Government watchdogs called the timing especially troubling: The state budget is being negotiated at the Capitol, a plan that can turn interest groups into major winners or losers.
"It shows a disregard for the ordinary voter. It's really breathtaking," said Susan Lerner, executive director of New York Common Cause.
"It's as if New Yorkers needed confirmation of their worst suspicion that our state policies and our fiscal policies are up for sale to the highest bidder," she said.

Could you imagine if local burglers took out ads in the South Buffalo News and said, "I have goods that are real cheap because I didn't have to pay for them. I stole them from your neighbors' houses. Meet with me and I'll sell them to you for next to nothing." That is what is going on here. These people in the senate are selling the interests of average voters to groups willing to pay them. I hope average people read about things like this and start paying attention to idiots like Bill Stachowski, Dale Volker, Sam Hoyt, and other state leaders (Senate and Assembly) that have simply been in office way too long. Since Tim Kennedy represents more of the same status quo, I plan on writing in the guy who sells used golf balls out of his car on Potters Road as my representative in the Senate.

Bill Stachowski and Tim Kennedy have both announced they will be running for State Senator this year.This is a very important job. We all know these two possess superior intelligence and leadership abilities. What we need now is for a third person with similar qualities to enter the race. Hey. Does this guy live in New York State?...
