Three peat for Nabeel

From WGRZ: Nabeel "Noodles" Rahman will be headed to Washington D.C. for the third year in a row to represent the Buffalo area in the National Spelling Bee. Family members vow to beat him with wooden sticks if he does not return home victorious...

BUFFALO, NY - He did it again! Eighth grader at Casey Middle School, Nabeel Rahman was won the 85th Annual Buffalo News Spelling Bee for the third time in a row.

Nabeel, along with 19 other young spellers, competed for the top spot to take part in the national finals in Washington D.C. All of the kids had to get high scores on a written test in order to qualify for the bee.
