Softening his tone, al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden issued a humanitarian appeal urging Muslim governments to do more to help Pakistan's flood victims and expressing worry about climate change. It was his second purported audiotape in as many days.
What a great guy! If only he had this much compassion for the 2,752 people he murdered on September 11, 2001. It's been 9 years. I'm sick of hearing about Osama issuing statements to the media.
