Something doesn't add up in dognapping case

As I said before, there are many questions surrounding the Elmwood Village "dognapping" case from last week. The dog's owner appears trustworthy. However, something just doesn't seem right. Who was the dog walker? Who purchased the dogs on Facebook? It seems as though the owner doesn't want to give police information on either one. If this did happen, the police need to be given information so they can find out who the four masked robbers are, unless they never existed in the first place.???

Why don't the police just interview the dogs?...
