Lawsuit filed by St. Teresa's whistleblower

The former business manager at St. Teresa'a church on Seneca St. has filed a $100,000 lawsuit against the parish for lost wages. Marc J. Pasquale was fired after he and the parish administrator, Rev. Fred Voorhes (no relation to Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th)
Photobucket questioned the financial irregularities of the parish under Father Mock.
Marc J. Pasquale filed a complaint in State Supreme Court arguing that St. Teresa parish on Seneca Street breached its contract with him.The contract runs through 2013, and the complaint said that Pasquale is owed $105,626 in wages and benefits over the remainder of the agreement.
Both men had raised concerns to the diocese regarding financial irregularities in the parish under a previous pastor and bookkeeper, including shredded documents and missing computer records and weekly collection sheets.
"Financial irregularities", "shredded documents", "missing computer records": Forget St. Teresa's. Why wasn't this guy moved to Byron Brown's administration? He would have fit right in.
Mock was moved to Trocaire College, where a court recently ruled his administration was discriminating against a straight male Nursing professor, in favor of young, male homosexual professors. Please, no lightning bolts.
Photobucket I'm just reporting the facts as I know them...
