The white trash species is an interesting group. Very easy to spot in a crowd. Probably smoking with an outdated hairstyle, they like to settle their many disputes "Springer style" with loud, pointless arguments. Impartial to ponytails (if male) and cigarettes, you can tell they've been to some type of rehab program within 30 seconds of meeting them.
Go to any public meeting in WNY and they are usually there. Multiple tattoos, often way off the topic, hoping the government will give them more things for free. Their dislikes include proper English, personal hygiene, and adults who don't follow professional wrestling.
They are usually very loud, as it is important for them to make scenes in public as often as possible. They like to cause trouble and often search for other likeminded intellectuals to gang up on the rest of us.
Neighborhood carnivals are a big gathering place for the trashers. It's like one big convention. The only other time you will find more of them in one place is at the Erie County Holding Center. At the carnivals, they love playing I Got It or throwing darts at multi-colored balloons. Their main achievement in life was winning a Loverboy mirror in 1982 at Darien Lake.
Don't forget custody disputes. They think everyone else wants to hear about their white trash breeding partners. Of course, they all have multiple baby daddies or baby mammas who don't pay child support. They breed like rabbits and live off drama.
We support them with our taxes, yet they're the ones setting off Roman Candles until 3AM every July 4th. Lighting the wick and walking away must give them some sense of self importance. Who needs a job when you have a satellite on your roof with 1,500 channels? Did I mention video games? They hate wearing shirts, and the local police know them on a first name basis. Sub-human white trash: I hate you with the red hot intensity of 1,000 suns. Please stay away from me. In a perfect world, you'd be sterilized, but unfortunately we do not live in a perfect world.

Walking across hot coals on lanes measuring 10 feet long and heated to between 1,200 to 2,000 degrees provides attendees an opportunity to "understand that there is absolutely nothing you can't overcome," according to the motivational speaker's website. These 21 people, as well as the 6,000 other suckers in attendance are fools, if you ask me. Robbins is a fraud. They would have been better served hiring this guy...
I have to agree with this Buffalo News letter writer from Depew. Don't be fooled by the Chameleon Schools Project and local scam artist Stephen Polowitz. This snake oil salesman would have you think he was going to go into the Waterfront School and East High School and turn them around.
Here's what his group would do: They would get rid of all second language students and send them to nearby Buffalo Public Schools. They would get rid of all students with behavior problems and send them to other Buffalo Schools. They would get rid of all well behaved students with low test scores and send them to, you guessed it, other Buffalo Public Schools. The word would get around that the two "new" schools were now decent and a better class of citizenry would apply.Guess where the new students would come from? You guessed it:Other Buffalo Public Schools. In three years, the student body makeup would be completely different than it is today. All the students rejected from the Chameleon Schools Scam would be somebody else's problem (specifically PS School #31 and Burgard HS, among others).
The only winners in this would be Polowitz and his band of thieves. Have you ever seen the salaries of the people in charge of the Charter Schools? They treat their staff like garbage, strip them of all their benefits, and replace them with people desperate for work. However, they are very generous to themselves. In their world, it doesn't matter who the teachers are. If the students come from better home environments (which they will), the test scores will go up and they can tell a misinformed public that they "turned around a failing school". We're all on to your greedy scam Polowitz. Why don't you go on TV and sell get rich quick schemes at 2AM?

Would the Waterfront School be a better school as a magnet? Absolutely, yes. But why and at what cost to the district as a whole?
Would Waterfront Magnet continue to accept recently arrived emigrant children despite their poor grasp of the English language? Or would these students be directed to other city schools? These students take standardized state tests as soon as they enter the system. One school's rise in the ratings would probably be another's demise.
It's obvious that if you are building something, the better the raw materials, the better the product. If you can select the student base, you should produce better results.
I was completely shocked to hear that the remains of Nancy Scamurra had finally been recovered and identified. Scamurra was the 14 year old girl from Amherst who went missing in 1984. She had gotten into an argument with a family member and was last seen heading towards North Forrest Road. She was never seen alive again.
Her DNA was matched today with a decapitated body found off the shores of Lake Ontario. Ironically, the body had been discovered in Oswego County only days after she went missing. But it took nearly 30 years for authorities to put two and two together.
Authorities are adamant that the case has not been closed. They feel somebody must have seen something that night. Perhaps the location of the body's discovery might yield the one clue needed to solve this case. Seems to me like it could have been a random crime of opportunity. Hopefully, they'll question known scumbag Paul Bernardo. Bernardo is the Scarborough rapist/murderer, who was known to have smuggled cigarettes across the US/Canadian border around the time of Scamurra's disappearance. He would have been 20 at the time of Scamurra's murder. He had already raped at least a dozen young girls by age 23. He is known to have killed at least three young girls.
I have no proof (and it very well could be some unknown person). However, there is one striking similarity. One of Bernardo's victims, Leslie Mahaffy was a 14 year old girl. Her torso, head and limbs missing, was found in a Lake in Ontario two weeks after she went missing. Scamurra's torso, head and limbs missing, was found in Lake Oswego, two weeks after she was reported missing. This is either an eerie coincidence or the work of the same killer. The debate continues as to whether the iconic Joe Paterno's statue should stay or go. Some are calling for it to be turned around, with Paterno's back facing the spectators. In other words, it would be "looking the other way."
The childhood home of former NBC political analyst Tim Russert went up in flames on Thursday night. All four occupants of the house at 174 Woodside Avenue made it out safely. When told of the incident today, a spokesperson for the Russert family said, "Where the hell is South Buffalo, New York?"

Ever wonder why gas stations in poorer neighborhoods don't allow the customers inside? Here's a mob of over 300 youths who had been kicked out of a Jacksonville house party. They decided to go to a local WalMart and throw produce around and basically destroy the store. I'll bet these kids will be in deep trouble when their parents find out about this. Or, maybe not.
It's footage like this that makes me think the Saudi Arabian system of justice is years ahead of ours. The kids in this clip never once stop and think that the property they are destroying is not theirs to destroy. Such is the logic when one is raised without knowing the value of things (ie. tomatoes, hard work)...
For some strange reason, a lot of weirdos like to hang out in public libraries. This story is no exception. Rochester police have arrested the man accused of licking young girls' feet on at least two occasions.
While being led away by police, the man can be heard blaming President Obama and the city of Rochester for his arrest. I'm going to go out on a "limb" and say an insanity defense in his future...
