CHERRY CREEK, NY - A Franklinville man is facing charges after allegedly disrupting his son's wrestling match when he became upset over the officiating.

The incident took place at a tournament at Pine Vally High School and resulted in the match being stopped.

State Police say Kenneth Winter, 46, threatened to kill his son's opponent and an adult who was trying to calm Winter down.

He's charged with two counts of menacing and disorderly conduct.

Hulkster sues ex-wife for defamation

Hulk Hogan is suing his ex-wife, Linda Bollea, for defamation of character, after she wrote in her book that the semi-retired professional wrestler abused her several times during their marriage. In a bizarre claim, Bollea also alleges that Hogan was "running wild" with former WWF wrestler Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake...

In a June radio interview, the lawsuit says, Bollea repeated the abuse allegations and also accused her ex-husband of having a sexual relationship with another male wrestler.

"Do you believe that Hulk and Brutus Beefcake ever had an intimate relationship?" asked an interviewer with Matty P's Radio Happy Hour.

"Wow, let me think about how to answer this so I don't end up getting a lawsuit," she replied, and then continued: "Well, a little bird told me yes."

How prophetic that she saw the lawsuit coming. Our investigators have located a photo of the "little bird" who spoke to Bollea...

Sorry about the poor camera work.Someone else filmed this. Here's the WWF's Reverend Slick singing the Russian national anthem before a match. I think he might have actually pronounced one of the words right. I remember hearing rumors that this guy was actually from Buffalo.
