LeBron James is about as popular in Cleveland as Art Modell was after he moved the Browns to Baltimore in 1995. I think everyone expected him to leave Cleveland, but the way he did was inexcusable, especially for someone born and raised in Akron, Ohio.
His handlers contacted ESPN and created a TV special called The Decision. In it, he announced he was going to the Miami Heat. Last night, James and the Heat returned to Cleveland, where he was met with a chorus of boos, creative signs, and many middle fingers. The Heat whipped the Cavaliers and James scored 38 points. However, with three superstars in their lineup, the Heat are a mediocre 11-8. Here's hoping they miss the playoffs. Here is a photo of LeBron at last night's game doing his patented chalk toss.
