NIAGARA FALLS—A newspaper deliveryman was robbed early Saturday by a man dressed in black and wearing a Batman mask, police said.
The 45-year-old victim told police he was delivering the newspapers on his bicycle in the 500 block of Ninth Street about 7:45 a. m. when he was knocked off the bike and had $20 in cash and personal effects stolen from home.
Robbing a paperboy. How low can you get? The suspect fled, but the victim was able to snap this cell phone picture of his vehicle...
