Looks like we might have a news anchor looking for a new job soon. This woman laughs uncontrollably while describing a murder. She's not laughing at the crime but at a picture of the suspect (the victim's husband.) It kind of reminds me of laughing in church when you're a child. Once you start, it's hard to stop and it's contagious. I'm not overly sensitive by any means, but I would have to say the news anchor fails the professionalism test on this one. You be the judge.
