Here is an old episode from Unsolved Mysteries I came across about a Georgia scam artist. She has stolen nearly $1 million dollars from her employers. She is a model worker for several months and then suddenly disappears after emptying out the companies' safe. When they go looking for her, they find out she was working the whole time using someone else's identity. Sounds to me like she could be a gypsy. They're famous for scams like this. If you have ten minutes, this one is funny to watch.
