Rubber stamps
When people say experience matters in NY state government, I have to laugh. They could train a dog to do these jobs. Look at this fact regarding last years voting records among NY state lawmakers. From WGRZ...
Lawmakers usually voted with their conference leader. Senate Republicans voted with Majority Leader Dean Skelos, R-Nassau County, 98.83 percent of the time. Assembly Democrats voted with Speaker Sheldon Silver, D-Manhattan, 98.69 percent of the time.
So much for independence. Tim Kennedy and Mickey Kearns both vowed to take on Albany corruption. When do they plan on starting? Honestly, what else do these legislative bodies do, besides rubber stamp their party leaders? Kearns talked a great deal about standing up to Sheldon Silver. Time will tell whether this was simply hot air coming from his mouth during the campaign.

Why bother with petitions, campaigns, mailings posters, signs, and all the rest of the expenses that put canidates in debt???Just keep the three men in a room and let them decide our fate.....they do anyway. We,re only led to believe we have anything to say...the elected ones are told how to vote..they all become puppets. Its become more and more obvious
