From the Who the Hell Cares Department: Even though they already know the cause of the dirty water at Woodlawn Beach, Erie County and NY State are conducting another study. The water over there has been contaminated by the sewers for decades and they've just gotten around to doing a study? I wish I knew how to conduct one of these studies. There must be some great money in them, as it seems that's all anyone around here ever proposes. Might as well head over to Welfare Beach or Cazenovia Creek (by the Waterfall) if you want to cool off...
