Noose tightening around Kennedy

2013 could very well be Tim Kenned's Swann Song. He's quickly running out of allies.

2013 was a bad year for State Senator Tim Kennedy. He showed his true colors in three separate incidents, each one more pathetic than the next. Much like in 2006, when he sided with the Republicans on the County Legislature (after the anti-Lenihan Democrats told him he had to), Tim proved once again that he is incapable of being a leader, much less someone you can trust. Just check out these three examples, and keep in mind, this post is about issues, not name calling, and demonstrates how Tim Kennedy's morality is for sale every day in Albany.

1.) Why do they hold the Buffalo School Board election in May (when nobody shows up) instead of having it in November to coincide with every other general election?

I'll bet you didn't know this, But Tim Kennedy was the only member of the WNY delegation to vote in favor of keeping this election in May. From a Buffalo News article...

All Western New York senators voted for the bill, with the exception of Tim Kennedy. It's ironic because Kennedy previously co-sponsored the bill and voted for it twice.
His critics say pressure from the teacher's union caused him to flip flop. NYSUT donated $10,500 to Kennedy over the past year.

Holding a separate election in May is not only an incredible waste of money, but serves to keep voter turnout down. You know who will show up to vote on an 80 degree day in May? Buffalo teachers. And this is exactly why the New York State Teachers Union gave Timmy a $10,000 donation/bribe to keep the election in May. They don't want people to show up to vote, unless they know they are supporting their agenda. I have great respect for all teachers, but suppressing the vote is wrong, no matter who it benefits.

Remember, every other WNY Representative knew this was wrong, refused to take this bribe, and voted against it. Timmy has absolutely no problem selling you and your children out for the right amount of money. He's counting on the fact that most people don't pay attention to such things. Guess again, Timbo. The Blogger is back in town.

2.) Governor Cuomo's Safe Act

When Andrew Cuomo tells Timmy to jump, Timmy says how high?

I'm not a hunter or a weapons owner, but I can tell you this piece of legislation is nothing but fluff. Reducing the number of bullets rural hunters can have in their chambers doesn't even begin to address the real issue. Drive by shootings are not caused by licensed gun owners in the town of Sardinia. They occur in the inner cities by unlicensed pistol-packing gang bangers. If Cuomo was serious about reducing crime, he would call for stiffer penalties for illegal gun owners and the people who sell them on the black market. There is no real effort underway to get guns off the streets.

And before the legislation was passed, Timmy assured 2nd Amendment advocates to their face, that he would never vote for the so called Safe Act. Needless to say, Tim was offered something by the Governor's office to go back on his word and surprise surprise, he did. I know at least one prominent South Buffalo attorney who is furious over this. Tim's mistake? These people from SCOPE will be organized and will mobilize against Andrew's little puppet in 2014. They will have signs on their lawns and will be manning the phones during the September primary.

3.) In 2013, Tim showed us he is 100% Pro Life, unless Prince Andrew asks him not to be. This one really attests to his lack of character.

Tim loves to tell local priests and elderly Catholics in his district that he is Pro Life on the issue of abortion. In 2013, Governor Cuomo was two votes short for his Women's Equality Act, a piece of legislation which includes the right to third Trimester abortions. You would think that no Pro Life candidate with any kind of backbone would support it. Wrong. After some prodding by Governor Cuomo, Tim actually brought this vote to the floor!
http://hudsonvalley.twcnews.com/content/news/634558/debate-over-abortion-re-ignited-with-cuomo-s-women-s-equality-act/

Now, this post is not about being Pro Life or Pro Choice. It's about how a politician can claim to be one and actually be hypocritical enough to vote for the other. Again, Tim is using the timeless scam of hoping voters simply won't notice. He would never let a small thing like INTEGRITY get in the way of his career.

I can guarantee there will be at least one other South Buffalo candidate this September. I'm also hearing reports of a Cheektowaga candidate emerging soon. Tim loudly supported fellow Yes-Man Chris Fahey during his quixotic campaign against Mickey Kearns (when he was told to). He also supported a Cheektowaga candidate against fellow South Buffalonian Patrick Burke (when he was told to). He angered many Hamburg voters with his negative campaign against Jack Quinn. He ran a negative campaign when he ran against Paul Sullivan a few years back. He leapfrogged over Mark Schroeder, to unseat Bill Stachowski, and ran a very negative campaign against him. It looks like this time, the cookies may be in for Little Tim. He's shown time and time again that he's willing to bypass doing the right thing, if it serves to further his career. The problem is, what benefits him in the short term, is going to cause his demise in the long term. And all the king's horses and all the king's men, won't be able to put Andrew's puppet back together again. The sound you hear is the noose slowly tightening around Tim's neck.

Kennedy accepts bribe to keep School Board election in May

So, how much does it cost to bribe a New York State Senator? Apparently, $10,500.00. That's how much Tim "Horton's Kennedy took from the New York State Teachers union in exchange for keeping the Buffalo School Board elections in May (in a concerted effort to keep turnout low.) From the Buffalo News...

Having the election in May forces taxpayers to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay for all the election workers. Common sense would dictate having the election in November during the regular, general election. The Teacher's Union likes the election in May, that way, the only people who show up are teachers and their families. And guess which candidates they overwhelmingly support? The ones backed by the union, of course. (And you can't blame them. They're the ones looking out for the teachers' best interests.

How anyone could continue to vote for Kennedy amazes me. The next time you hear someone say, why do they hold the School Board Elections in May?, you can tell them, Because Tim Kennedy was bribed to vote to keep it that way. And you voted for this thief!

Traitors amongst us

I'll tell you what's going on, but it's up to you to act on it...

An alert reader pointed out to me that Tim "Hortons" Kennedy was not the only South Buffalo Judas on the stage during mayor Brown's reelection announcement. Abbott Road Councilman Christopher Scanlon, the son of privilege, was hiding in the far corner. He's the man who swore he would be an independent voice when his father bought his council seat for him. So far, not so good.

Speaking of Scanlon, he was recently spotted on a milk carton at Wegmans. Ever since his seat was purchased for him, he has been nowhere in site.

Schroeder supporters: I hope you guys are paying attention to Kennedy and Scanlon. They sold out the entire neighborhood to the mayor. Both are deserving of competition when reelection time comes. Remember, before Scanlon's father purchased his seat, he was a bartender/college dropout with at least one DWI and zero work experience. Must be nice to be born into a life of privilege.

A new low for Kennedy

When Tim Kennedy ran for State Senate a few years back against Jack Quinn II, his campaign slogan was "Change Albany". Anyone who has followed his actions since then, know this was merely an empty slogan. He has been anything but a breath of fresh air when it comes to any type of reform.

Fast forward to 2013. Little Timmy is now charging a small group of Albany lobbyists a minimum of $1,000 apiece to attend his fundraiser tonight. So much for changing the culture of Albany. Even the lobbyists, lower than the cockroach on nature's food chain, are crying foul about how much Kennedy is charging to sell his influence...

How is it that a lawmaker who has served slightly more than two years and whose Democratic Party conference does not control the Senate is able to charge $1,000 for his fundraiser?

It was a question not lost last week on some lobbyists who got the Kennedy fundraiser invitation.

“It’s crazy,” one lobbyist said of the price tag for the Kennedy event at 74 State, which is located just a couple blocks below the Capitol.

I hope this serves as a wake up call for those of you still dumb enough to support the likes of Tim Kennedy. He clearly does not represent the average resident of the district. He now is completely bought and paid for by the special interest groups of Albany and Manhattan. More from the article...

In his invitation, Kennedy gives lobbyists and special-interest group representatives an online donation option – with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards accepted – if they can’t attend tonight’s fundraiser.

Tighten the noose. He needs to go. I've been telling people for years: Kennedy would be sweeping floors at WalMart if he hadn't prostituted himself to Brian Higgins from the age of 17. He brings nothing to the table. He's incapable of making any decisions himself and is merely a puppet for a corrupt group of career politicians. I encourage you to read the attached Buffalo News link and ask yourself, what kind of "change" is Tim really bringing to Albany?

The money Kennedy takes in from the corrupt lobbyists will then be used the last month of next year's campaign to send out slick, expensive fliers daily in your mailbox. They will have nice pictures and will talk about how many jobs Timmy has created. Let me be the first to tell you: Kennedy has never created a single job and if you fall for his nonsense, you deserve to have someone as corrupt as him as your representative.

Cuomo's new gun laws

Governor Cuomo's gun control legislation comes as a surprise to me. With his Presidential aspirations, I would have expected him to start leaning towards the right on the political spectrum. This Bill is sure to generate controversy, especially in the gun-loving South.

Assemblyman Mickey Paladino voted against it, which is no surprise. He is bought and paid for by the ultra Conservative Carl Paladino.

Senator Tim "Hortons" Kennedy voted in favor of it, which is also no surprise. He does whatever he is told to by liberals Brian Higgins and Governor Cuomo. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I have a feeling the gun rights advocates will have their sights (no pun intended) set on the round mound of legislation when he's up for reelection in a few years.

Trust me when I tell you neither Kearns nor Kennedy vote their conscience on anything. They simply go along with the people pulling their strings.

Albany's per diem scam

Since Mickey Kearns was just joking when he said he would fight corruption in Albany, I guess it will be up to me...

The NY Post did an article on the Per Diems that the New York State lawmakers give themselves. It was a real eye opener to me. They essentially get taxpayer funds to sleep in second homes (or claim to sleep in second homes) while in Albany. Many of them use our money to support their investments...

New York lawmakers who sleep over in their own Albany-area second homes rake in $165 a night if they claim they must stay over for official business.

Under the Legislature’s loose “per diem” reimbursement system — for which no receipts or other proof are required — Assembly members and state senators who own houses or condos near the Capitol collect the same payments as those who stay in hotels.

Governor Cuomo wants to end the per diem scam by getting rid of it in exchange for pay raises for the Albany criminals. He clearly is out of touch with the average citizen who is against both per diems AND pay raises (which they clearly don't deserve). Do these scum work for us or do we work for them?

With all we already know about these parasites, I find it funny that they are essentially on the honor system to request these per diems. I mean, what could possibly go wrong? Just a few examples...

-In one week alone, The Post found, Assemblywoman Vivian Cook (D-Queens) pocketed $2,197 for claiming she spent 12 consecutive nights on “legislative business.” The Assembly was in session three of those days and Cook was absent for all three.

-Brooklyn Assemblyman William Boyland Jr., who is under indictment, claimed multiple per diems on days he met with undercover FBI agents in Brooklyn and Manhattan to discuss bribes, records show.

I'm excited, since I know Mickey Kearns and Little Timmy Kennedy are going to stand up for us and demand that the per diems be eliminated. Yeah, that's going to happen. In the meantime, we will be doing some research and finding out how much Mickey and Timmy are claiming for themselves. What a scam!

Why I'm the Blogger

I went through the Blog archives and found this poorly written piece I wrote back on February 18th. State Senate redistricting had just taken place. Tim Kennedy showed up at the hearing to oppose the makeup of his new district. Kennedy, and this went unchallenged by the local news outlets, said that although he benefited from the makeup of the new district, it was his duty to oppose it for other lawmakers.

At the time, I correctly predicted that Kennedy did not benefit from the new district and the racial makeup of the new district would give Brian Higgins' portly pool boy problems. I also said that Kennedy's people knew this, and that is why he took such a "courageous" stand...

Is Aaron Besecker of the Buffalo News that naive to think a politician would show up at a hearing to speak out against something that benefits him? The politician in question is Tim Kennedy. The topic, new state Senate districts...
Kennedy, who admitted his newly drawn district does benefit him personally, called the proposal "political gerrymandering."

We now know why Kennedy showed up to fight the new boundaries. Unlike the news outlets who covered the hearing, one of us knew it back in February. The lesson? Kennedy's a coward and would never stand up for anything, unless it benefited him personally. Go back and read the original story here...

McCarthy's take on Senate race

Tim Kennedy (above), clearly in coverup mode, refused to meet with Buffalo News columnist Bob McCarthy this week.

Buffalo News columnist Bob McCarthy knows a thing or two about local politics. He's the latest in a long line of media people to accurately describe Tim "Hortons" Kennedy's political career as being on the brink of collapse. From yesterday's Politics Column...

Albany sources indicate his Democratic colleagues now express serious concern about his future viability. They like stability in their caucus.

And Kennedy now finds himself plunged into eternal fund-raising mode. He learned on Sept. 13 that spending around $400,000 on a Senate primary can translate into a lead of less than 300 votes.
And, oh yes. Grant spent about $20,000.

McCarthy, who now refers to Kennedy with the hilarious moniker "Landslide", tried to interview Higgins' favorite Yes-man, but Timmy was afraid of what he might have been asked...

Kennedy would not speak to the Politics Column about the election. The column wanted to ask him what happened. And it would have proven most enlightening to hear his version.

His spokesman (yes - state senators have spokesmen) said he was "spending time with the family" after the campaign. But others are talking. One veteran Buffalo pol observed Kennedy forces failed to motivate the South Buffalo base.

Not true. The South Buffalo base was motivated. It just wasn't motivated by Kennedy. It was motivated by the Blogger, not to vote for Brian Higgins' incompetent pool boy. Everywhere I've gone this week, people have been thanking me for keeping them informed on this race. Now, I smell blood, and Little Timmy and Uncle Brian better prepare themselves for a battle. The stage is set.

When you represent only one tiny, privileged section of South Buffalo (like Kennedy does), eventually you will collapse like a house of cards. McCarthy is right about something else. He predicts tons of opponents in two years for the rotund Redhead...

But now anyone with an ounce of politics will be gunning for Kennedy. They will see that even backed by piles of campaign money, a hard-working opponent like Grant can pose a serious challenge with no money.

Sometimes politics is a tough biz. Just ask Landslide Kennedy.

Kennedy sides with Cuomo over unions

Tim "Hortons" Kennedy, a robot for Andrew Cuomo and a huge financial benefactor of unions, actually had to make a decision recently. Of course, he betrayed his union buddies and supported Cuomo with Tier VI. The question is, will the unions take this snub lying down or will they actually do something about it?

It appears elected leaders will face some fallout from unions over the pension reform.

The 265,000-member Civil Service Employees Association earlier this month suspended political endorsements and contributions because of the enacted pension reform.

"Suspended?" The politicians will simply find other special interest groups to bribe them. Let's see how long this suspension lasts. Will the unions actually run people against the likes of Kennedy? When they were supposed to meet with him on the issue, Kennedy left his office and had an intern stand in for him. And this is the guy the unions sent to Albany? Many people will be judging their strength based on how they respond to Little Timmy. Here's a chance for them to put up or shut up.

Kennedy stiffs WNY Municipal workers in Albany

Photobucket

Here's Tim Kennedy promoting himself again through mundane issues like synthetic marijuana. Meanwhile, when his union buddies were counting on his support on the Tier 6 issue, they couldn't find him anywhere...

The municipal members traveled to Albany for a scheduled appointment with little Timmy. Not only did Kennedy stiff them. He insulted them by leaving an intern in his place. Class act. I'm getting many emails from frustrated union members who are extremely displeased with Kenned. Here is a message left on Little Timmy's Facebook page from one of them. I'm sure Brian Higgins' Yes-man deleted it right away. However, I was nice enough to save it...

Tim, the question I have as well as any city, state or county employee in Erie County is: You state you're here to help fight for us.......WELL....... When it came time to vote in Albany for Tier 6, you chose to walk out of chambers without voting?

By doing this you more or less showed all municipal employees your stance and didn't want to show us support and back us when the time came. By walking out you more or less gave them a YES vote. If you would would have stayed true and voted NO, at least your no would have cancelled out a yes vote that was placed. Besides that, we came to Albany by the busload to meet with our Legislators, and Assemblymen, from all over NYS... When you chose to stiff us with our appointed time to talk to you in your office, I knew your true colors and walked out on your intern. I am glad others chose to do the same and followed me.

ALL IN ALBANY WHO VOTED YES, OR CHOSE TO WALK OUT ON THE VOTE WITHOUT MAKING A COMMITMENT TO THE HARD WORKERS......WE WILL REMEMBER YOU ALL WHEN ELECTION TIME COMES!!!!!! YOU CAN BE REST ASSURED!!!!!

The Curly Shuffle

Photobucket
Is Aaron Besecker of the Buffalo News that naive to think a politician would show up at a hearing to speak out against something that benefits him? The politician in question is Tim Kennedy. The topic, new state Senate districts...

Kennedy, who admitted his newly drawn district does benefit him personally, called the proposal "political gerrymandering."

Freakin' Idiot!
Brian Higgins must have taught him that big word 10 minutes before the meeting right after he spoon-fed him. Kennedy, as usual, is full of it. Although still heavily Democratic, his district was redrawn to be 50% white and 50% black (or something close to that. We're not sure, since nobody will tell the actual citizens.) Brian Higgins' pool boy doesn't want a racially diverse district. He is worried about a possible one black-two white person primary. The two whites could potentially split the white vote and the blacks will vote black, regardless of who the candidate is. Save the politically correct comments. This has proven time and time again to be true. Washington DC mayor Marion Barry was elected after being caught caught on video smoking crack!

Kennedy made a fool of himself at a city hall hearing today when he suggested the redistricting policy violated the state constitution. Sensing Kennedy had an IQ of around 12, a Republican task force member challenged him to site the specific part of the Constitution he was referring to. This question proved much harder for Tim than the ones he's used to hearing (ie. Would you like to supersize your combo meal? What type of sprinkles do you want on your cone? Pick up or delivery?) ...

Thursday's hearing included a somewhat heated back-and-forth between State Sens. Timothy M. Kennedy, a Democrat, and Michael F. Nozzolio, a Republican and one of the task force members. During Kennedy's testimony, Nozzolio pushed him to cite the specific section of the State Constitution that Kennedy alleged the task force violated in its proposal of new district lines.

Unfortunately, Kennedy will probably be moved to a predominantly white, predominantly Democratic district so he and Brian can live happily ever after. If the stars align and Kennedy's district does become racially mixed, he will be on borrowed time. As he should be.

Senate redistricting

Photobucket

Reading the article on New York State's redistricted State Senate districts, I was intrigued by the last paragraph involving Tim "Hortons" Kennedy's current seat...

Though the district of Sen. Timothy M. Kennedy, D-Buffalo, now includes new turf in Democratic enclaves like the East Side and Cheektowaga, sources in both areas said Friday they see no potential primary challengers at this point.

Not so fast. I'm open to anything that can rid us of this human infomercial for Brian Higgins. Little Timmy is incapable of original thought. He campaigned on a "change Albany" platform and has given us nothing but the same old status quo. Every time he attempts to speak in public, he loses votes. He sounds like he just swallowed a helium-filled balloon and it's always the party line or some ridiculous cheer-leading speech.

Cheerleading Decor

He's terrible. Give me six free months to educate his constituents about him, I wouldn't care how many votes I got.

Some people hate free for alls, but I love them.

I have no problem finishing in 3rd place if it means taking some votes away from this rocket scientist. The only way to prove you have any political juice in this area is to run for office. With the power of the internet, a well educated person doesn't need any money to get their ideas out. I would be open to meeting with any Democrat from the East side or Cheektowaga looking for a three person primary. This is a democracy the last time I checked, isn't it?

Labor Day

Louisianna's chief export Joe Arena takes us to Blogger Territory and interviews three politicians about Labor Day. Tim "Horton's" Kennedy uses the occasion to talk about "putting food on the table." Freudian slip? Food is never far from little Timmy's thought process. It does mark the first time he uttured 10 or more words without mentioning Brian Higgins' name...

Failed campaign promise

I haven't heard this idiot talk much about term limits since he became elected. Here's Brian Higgins' pool boy Tim Kennedy during his "Change Albany" campaign. When is he going to bring up the issue again? What's the matter? Large pizza got your tongue?

You may now kiss the groom

Several people have asked me to comment on gay marriage. I think the new law/bill isn't a big deal. If two broads want to get married, I'll attend the wedding. Two dudes, too. I don't care if they're the same sex. One of my favorite former female players is planning on getting married to another girl, and I don't see anything wrong with it. It doesn't matter to me and will never affect me. I'm not gay and I'm not a Bible Banger. These two groups seem to feel most strongly for/against gay marriage.

Congratulations to State Senator Tim "Hortons" Kennedy for doing what he was told to do to get the bill passed. He's the one who has to explain it to his priest and the elderly people at his church. In my opinion, I think priests should have the right to deny holy communion to anyone who admits to not reading my blog.

Kennedy was really at the forefront on this issue. Not only did he vote for it. He and Congressman Higgins are planning on tying the knot next weekend in a quiet ceremony over at Gallagher (formerly known as Welfare) Beach. Barry Lillis will be presiding. A source close to the couple said, "Tim's been prostituting himself to Brian since he turned 18. They might as well make it official."...

Cheektowaga honors veteran

This courageous Army veteran was honored in Cheektowaga's 4th of July parade this weekend. She served as the honorary Grand Marshall with South Buffalo State Senator/ass kisser Tim "Hortons" Kennedy. They go on to talk about the "night raids" she went on, while stationed over in Iraq. Kennedy's been known to go on a few night raids of his own (Mighty Taco, Tim Horton's, Jim's Steakout, etc.)...

Three stooges

Tim "Hortons"Kennedy, Brian "High Pants"Higgins, and Tim "Einstein" Whalen are probably icing their arms after spending two hours patting each other on the back for putting up a few streetlights on South Park Avenue. To hear these clowns talk, you'd think they were the ones climbing the poles and putting them up...

“The progress we see today and the work continuing this spring was made possible through the tenacity of Senator Kennedy, who made this initiative a priority and fought for its success every step of the way”, said his royal High Pants.

“The revitalization of South Park Avenue is making a significant impact on South Buffalo’s economy and on neighborhood morale. This project is an example of what can be accomplished when the community works together to achieve a collective goal,” said County Legislator Timothy J. Whalen. “We’re seeing progress in South Buffalo, but our efforts are just beginning. I’m looking forward to working with my colleagues who helped make this project happen – especially Senator Kennedy, Congressman Higgins and Mayor Brown – to help grow our economy.”

I found it in poor taste that they didn't mention Councilman Mickey Kearns or Assemblyman Mark Schroeder. I guess when you're independent and serve the people, those part of the political machine don't want anything to do with you. Keep up the great work Mark and Mickey. Immediately after the ceremony, Higgins, Kennedy, and Whalen went over to Chris Lee's house and joined him in a game of naked Twister...
