A 24 year old man was taken for psychological evaluation after he was drunk and harassing customers inside a Lakewood Applebee's restaurant. Oh, yeah. He was dressed as the Joker from Batman. I don't see what the big deal is. I'm told this happens at least twice a week at Hopper's and nobody bothers calling the police.
Customers said the Gotham style entertainment was a welcome break from the poor service and mediocre food they've come to expect from Applebee's. Authorities report the man is doing ok after he was bailed out by the Ridler.
