Marathon Man

I saw a story about this man on WIVB earlier. Fauja Singha (2008 Irishman of the Year) hopes to become the first person over 100 to complete a marathon. He will be competing in the Toronto Marathon this weekend. He took up running at the age of 80 and holds the world record for shorter distances in his age group (100-death). Here Singha shares his secrets to a long life. He says something about eating curry, drinking tea, and only dating women from Lackawanna...
