There's one in every crowd. Attica residents showed up to a town meeting to complain about a strong odor coming from a recycling landfill. The company said it was decaying food a few months ago. Now, plastics emanating from the ground appear to be smoking.
Check out the wackjob at 1:24 of this clip. He protested outside of the meeting wearing a full asbestos suit. He even kept the gas mask on during the channel IV interview. Why doesn't he just admit it? While he might be concerned about the gasses floating around in town, he really just wanted an excuse to dress up and show off his space suit.
