This girl, identified as Jane Doe, was found dead on November 9th, 1979.
Stories like this are very sad. Authorities in Livingston County have spent 31 years trying to figure out the identity of a missing teenager found in a corn field in 1979. With all the advances in DNA and the availability of the internet, you would think somebody knows something. Tragically, these cases are so prevalent. My guess is she was a runaway from a small town. Who knows? Maybe someone will recognize her from this story.
