This story kind of freaked me out. A man found wandering around near Olean has no idea who he is. He must have suffered some kind of brain injury. Here is his picture:
John Charles Richart has been missing from Bloomsburg, Pa. since July 30th. Family members think he might be the missing man. Here is a photo of Richart from Pamissing.com:
The article says even Richart's own mother can't say for sure whether the two are the same person. Can a person's appearance change this much? It will be interesting to see how the DNA matches up.
